This update focuses on improving user management, subscription support and system stability. Here’s what’s new:

Improvements related to subscriptions:

  • Display full pricing information for subscription plans.
  • The plans are presented according to the customer’s currency and billing period.
  • The currency of the subscription depends on the user’s tax location.
  • A restriction has been introduced to purchase subscriptions only in supported currencies.
  • Better filtering and presentation of plans depending on system configuration.
  • Ability to set up a subscription without a trial period – without displaying trial information.
  • Improved loading of plans with incomplete data (e.g., without a recurring price).
  • Removed unnecessary developer buttons and configuration parameters.
  • Added exception handling and error messages for greater operational stability.

Document management and retention period:

  • New interface for configuring document retention period.
  • Parameters to specify the maximum storage time for an inactive document.
  • Visibility of storage options only when permanent storage is disabled.
  • Record document deletion operations and track last access.
  • Better statistics and reporting on usage and invitations.

International enhancements and translations:

  • Updated translations and descriptions in the user interface.
  • Improved language redirections (e.g., to Bluur service).
  • Automatic recording of the user’s tax location – preparation for VAT MOSS settlements.
  • Customer TIN support in Stripe integration.

User and team management:

  • Introducing a user status tag.
  • Fixes to the active user counter in subscriptions.
  • Ability to invite users only from the same domain.
  • Counting invited users in statistics.

Additional improvements and fixes:

  • Introduction of critical hotfixes (1.1.45 and 1.1.140-prod).
  • Remove expired and custom subscriptions.
  • Reset of subscription meters after each billing period.
  • Better logging of system operations and removal of unnecessary logs.
  • Improvements to system stability, including accelerated anonymization and error handling for non-subscription.
