No, Bluur® is entirely cloud-based, so there is no need to install anything on local machines.

Currently, Bluur® can process PDF, JPG, PNG, and TIFF files. We plan to support additional formats, such as DOCX, in the future.

No, Bluur® automatically removes the original files seven days after they are uploaded into the application. However, you have the option to archive documents immediately after the anonymization process.

Yes, Bluur® offers customization options that allow you to tailor the anonymization process to meet your specific requirements.

Yes, you can add colleagues to your workspace and collaborate with them on specific projects.
No, only individuals who have been directly added to a project can view and interact with it.
Yes, you can log into the application using either Google or Microsoft Entra ID, provided you use the same email address that was used to create your account.
Reversing the anonymization is possible if the file has not yet been archived.
Yes, the AI may occasionally make mistakes during the classification process. It is recommended to review the document thoroughly before proceeding with anonymization.
No, an internet connection is required to utilize Bluur® and its AI features.
As of Version 1.0, this feature is not yet available in Bluur®.
